We make sure our customers receive their goods as quickly as possible. The delivery time for each item may vary depending on its size, weight and stock availability.
1. Types of delivery and their procedures
1.1 Delivery of standard products by courier to the address specified in the order
- Unless specified for a specific product, delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.
- Delivery is made on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 to the delivery address you specify.
- ***If you choose courier delivery, the goods are delivered only to the front door of the building. Therefore, please make your own arrangements for further delivery (e.g.: collection, to your apartment, to the building).
- Where necessary to ensure the safety of the goods during transport or to optimise the transport process, your order can be placed and delivered on a wooden pallet. The pallet is not returnable and the customer is responsible for its future use or disposal.
1.2 Supply of non-standard products
The method, timing and payment for delivery of non-standard products are determined on a case-by-case basis.
1.3.The customer picks up the order himself at the warehouse of sia lin oak
When placing an order, the customer may choose to collect the order from the Lin OAK Ltd. outlet in Riga, Matrožu iela 7A on working days from 11:00 to 16:00.

2. Delivery charges
2.1 Delivery of standard products by courier to the address specified in the order
- A fee of EUR 20.00 per item (including the applicable VAT rate) applies
- For orders starting from EUR 500,00 we provide free delivery throughout Latvia.
2.2. Delivery charges for non-standard products
- Payment for deliveries of non-standard products is determined on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 The Customer shall collect the order from the warehouse of Lin Oak Ltd.
*** Please check all details carefully when you receive your order confirmation. Changing your delivery address/delivery method after the parcel has been dispatched is a chargeable service (delivery charges depend on the new delivery method chosen).
3. Return of goods and right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No.255 of 20 May 2014 “Regulations on Distance Contract”, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase within 14 (fourteen) days.
In order to exercise your right to cancel your Order, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your Purchase by sending us a written cancellation notice in free form to the following email address: linergo@linergo.lv
The refusal notice must contain clarifying information:
- order number/letter number,
- the date of issue of the delivery note and the commodity code,
- the name and quantity of the product,

- the buyer must pay the direct costs of returning the goods.
Everyone has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the order, to exchange the goods for other equivalent goods by agreement with us, if such goods are available in the Online Shop and if:
- the goods have not been used, the packaging is intact and undamaged;
- the buyer has the accompanying documents and the goods are complete.
- The buyer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
4. Defective goods. Procedure for replacement or return
We accept complaints about damaged or undelivered items within 5 working days of receipt.
If a defect is found, Lin OAK Ltd. must be informed by sending a request to the following address: linergo@linergo.lv.
The application must state:
- Contact details of the buyer for communication,
- Product code;
- Order number;
- A description of the defect as precise as possible;
- Photos of defects.
A reply to the defect notification letter will be provided within 5 working days;
*** The Buyer shall forfeit the right to return, refund or exchange services (paragraphs 3 and 4) if:
- The Buyer cannot provide proof of payment and delivery;
- The Buyer cannot show obvious defects in the goods at the time of delivery;
- Mechanical damage to the goods is caused by the Buyer's actions;
- The product was used in unsuitable conditions;
- The product was not used for its intended purpose;
- The product was not used and cared for in accordance with the rules;
- The goods are damaged due to unavoidable and/or unforeseeable circumstances, water, power surges, fire damage/loss or other force majeure.
